Sigh, waiting until the last minute to finish up my Sign and Symbol project. Missing my Drawing Concepts class because I just realized that I don't have half of my supplies with me today, but that's okay because I didn't finish my 3 still-lifes anyway. At 4 am one tends to not care about charcoal and inanimate objects.

Not epically behind just yet, but if this keeps up, I foresee much stressful raeg in my future. Either that or I just won't care.

This exercise actually made my fingers cold OTL what's wrong with my circulation. Made about two typos oops.

The last weekend before school starts again is coming up. I have yet another 8 AM class this time, which means early zombie-like mornings for Jen and undoubtedly many occasions of trying not to fall asleep in class. Why do I do this to myself.

I also have a class 6 in the evening. Yay rush hour traffic /o/

It's nice that the laptop is no longer being monopolized. Hopefully it'll stay that way. Because for the past few days, I was quite ready to shank a few people for any kind of internet connection. I would have done it, too, if those people didn't happen to be family members. ):

The PC is still epicly being a retard, though. And the new computer still hasn't been set up lolol. Geezus, why is everyone so lazy? Myself, included.

...You know, I'm usually still asleep by now, so waking up earlier this morning was kind of weird. However, I have a job interview at noon so I didn't have much of a choice. Ooooh, effort. So silly and overrated.

TX weather = </3

So. For the past few days I've been:

- Sick. I was doped up on cold medicine that made me feel like a fumbling sleepy drunk and didn't really feel like doing anything at all, other than shuffling around my house with a sniffly nose and sore throat. But sucks for me, because I also had to...

-Study/worry about school junk. Two finals on FRIDAY AND SATURDAY (uuugh wrrry) and an art project which is due next week, which so far looks like epic fail. Although at this point, do I really care? The answer to that, my friends, would be "HAHAH NO." But I thought I might as well attempt to get it looking halfway decent since I still have a few days, so I've been working diligently. Or at least... as diligently as Jen can. (Which isn't saying much.) Too bad I was too busy...

-Cursing at the electric company last night. You know, it's kind of hard to work on anything when your power goes out all evening. And all morning. And what the hell, I was hungry. And I needed to take a shower. And I needed to work. And read. And study. I think I hate TX weather more than the failget electric company. I'm tired of 100+mph winds ripping off roofs of buildings and yanking trees out of the ground. I'm tired of the tornado sirens going off, along with several tornado watches, tornado warnings, flash food warnings blah blah blah blah blah crap that will mess up your house/street/city whatever.

It's still cloudy outside, too. Hopefully it won't rain anymore. But it's nice to have electricity again. So you know, I don't have to fumble around in the dark pointlessly.

And now I can watch DtB ep. 04. Finally.

Stupid Randomness

Today's diet has consisted of a pretzel and a huge (and most likely unhealthy) chocolate chip cookie. I can't remember what I ate yesterday. Two days ago I had chips, girl scout's cookies, a bowl of cake batter, macaroni and cheese, and hot dogs. :< Health is overrated. At least, that's what all the dead people are saying.

And I'm still playing FFVII. Why do I play old games when I have a horrendously huge backlog that I need to get through? Games that do not consist of the main character looking like a little lego person with a spiky hair-do. RUN PURPLE LEGO CLOUD, RUN! D: Maybe it's because FFVII is just that good ~~and it has Sephiroth (MUST NOT APP YET PROBABLY WILL CUZ CLOUD NEEDS A PREDATORZ BUT OTL OTL OTL SCARED) , I mean, whut~~.

And I'm so totally putting off my Art Essay and my Printmaking project. Will most likely regret this later, but right now I DO NOT CARE.

Also was rewatching Monster episode... something or other. 22, I think. D: Lunge makes scary faces.

Happy New Year! Again.

First thing's first:

HAPPY CHINESE NEW YEAR!

It's a lovely time for red envelopes, moon cakes, large family gatherings, much food in general, and a big yellow moon in the sky.

...if you celebrate it. If you don't, then ~~you fail~~ it's just another regular day for you.

On another note, if you haven't watched Suzumiya Haruhi no Yuutsu, go do it now. I'm apping Kyon at another RP, and man, I miss his muse. ;_; (*dusts off old Kyonmuse* I'm sorry. I'll never mistreat you again.) But yes, it is awesomeness. And it randomly has a Phoenix Wright reference, too. Trivial, but it makes it more awesome. Especially if you can catch it. God, where it the second season of this show? The animation is nice and shiny, too. *_*

I should probably be working on my art project. My... NEXT art project. But eh. That's what Monday is for.

Valentine's Day

Happy Valentine's Day, everyone! It's rather cold for V-day, though. o_o;;

Hope everyone is staying warm and not walking around campus bundled up in a big poofy marshmallow jacket like a 'tard. Ah well, such is life. At least I'm warm.

I'm starting to wonder how everyone else is doing. I feel disconnected from you guys after so much time of... lack of contact, you know? How is school, how is life treating ya, etc. etc. When was the last time that we all sat around together as one big group? All of us?
